Fabulous First Day in Fifth Grade!

We made it through our first day.  You know it was a great day when, at dismissal time, most students asked, "It's really time to go home?".

This week, we are remaining in homerooms for the first three days, while we finalize math and reading classes, and work on team building activities within the homerooms.  On Friday, we will start the regular schedule by switching for classes to meet their teachers and learn procedures, policies, and expectations in the classes.
